Dues Discounts

Annual Dues Discount:

Any homeowner who is current in their Membership Dues and Special Assessments, and who would like to take advantage of a one-month discount in their annual dues can do so as follows:

Small Units: (11 months @ $190.87 = $2,099.57)
            (11 months @ $193.94 = $2,133.34)

Large Units: (11 months @ $234.84 = $2,583.24)
            (11 months @ $237.92 = $2,617.12)

In order to be eligible for this annual discount, payments must be received, on or before January 10th 2018.  No exceptions will be permitted.




Semi-Annual Dues Discount:

Any homeowner who is current in their Membership Dues and Special Assessments, and who would like to take advantage of a five (5) percent discount in their semi- annual dues can do so as follows:

Small Units: (6 months @ $190.87 = $1,145.22 x .95 = $1,087.96)
            (6 months @ $193.94 = $1,163.64 x .95 = $1,105.46)

Large Units: (6 months @ $234.84 = $1,409.04 x .95 = $1,338.59)
            (6 months @ $237.92 = $1,427.52 x .95 = $1,356.14)

In order to be eligible for the 1sthalf 2018 discount, payment must be received, on or before January 10th 2018, for the dues of January, February, March, April, May, & June 2018. No exceptions will be permitted

In order to be eligible for the 2ndhalf 2018 discount, payment must be received, on or before July 10th 2018, for the dues of July, August, September, October, November, & December 2018. No exceptions will be permitted.

Quarterly Dues Discount:

Any homeowner who is current in their Membership Dues and Special Assessments, and who would like to take advantage of a three (3) percent discount in their quarterly dues can do so as follows:

Small Units: (3 months @ $190.87 = $572.61 x .97 = $555.43)
            (3 months @ $193.94 = $581.82 x .97 = $564.37)

Large Units: (3 months @ $234.84 = $704.52 x .97 = $683.38)
            (3 months @ $237.92 = $713.76 x .97 = $692.35)

 

In order to be eligible for the 1st quarter 2018 discount, payment must be received, on or before January 10th 2018, for the dues of January, February & March 2018. No exceptions will be permitted.

In order to be eligible for the 2nd quarter 2018 discount, payment must be received, on or before April 10th 2017, for the dues of April, May & June 2018. No exceptions will be permitted.

In order to be eligible for the 3rd quarter 2018 discount, payment must be received, on or before July 10th 2018, for the dues of July, August & September 2018.     No exceptions will be permitted.

In order to be eligible for the 4th quarter 2018 discount, payment must be received, on or before October 10th 2018, for the dues of October, November & December 2018. No exceptions will be permitted.
